D102 - Admission - Care Coordinator

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking an Admission Care Coordinator to support new clients as they enter services. This role ensures that individuals’ behavioral health, physical health, and other identified needs are addressed through effective coordination with River Edge programs, primary care, and community partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or another healthcare-related field.
• Knowledge of mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
• Understanding of co-occurring medical conditions and recovery-focused care.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
