River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Crisis Stabilization and Recovery to lead their crisis stabilization and recovery center. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of inpatient psych management experience and a strong focus on safety, quality, and integrity.

Requirements

• 5 years of inpatient psych management experience
• BSN required, master's degree preferred
• Active RN License
• Working knowledge of CMS and CARF accreditation standards
• 4 years of behavioral health experience in an inpatient leadership role
• 5 years of progressive nurse management experience
