River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Case Management within the Permanent Supportive Housing program. The Team Lead will support day-to-day operations of the case management team, ensuring effective service delivery, housing stability, and successful program outcomes for individuals and families transitioning from homelessness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Services, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in case management, housing programs, or supportive services
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability preferred
