Job Description
The Administrative Specialist provides high-level administrative support, maintaining accurate records, providing customer service, preparing reports, and managing customer accounts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Administrative Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
