Professional CDL Driver

A Professional CDL Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials with our River Valley Cooperative fleet.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Load and unload goods and materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle maintenance, hours of service, and cargo securement.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safe operation.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
