Medical Assistant

River Valley Family Health Centers is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join their clinics in Montrose or Delta Counties. The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a community clinic environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved education program for Medical Assistant
• Active BLS Certification
• Knowledge of safety and clinical standards
• Ability to travel between clinics as needed
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members, patients, families, and others
• Ability to utilize a computer for time keeping, documenting electronic medical records, and to complete follow-up tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
