Referral Specialist

We are looking for a visionary Referral Specialist to join our dynamic team at River Valley Family Health Centers. As a key member of our integrated healthcare team, you will coordinate, prioritize, and communicate referral needs to ensure timely access to specialty services for our patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous healthcare experience
• Valid driver's license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bilingual preferred
• At least one year of experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting desired
