Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) (Sign on bonus eligible)
High school diploma, EFDA license, and radiology certification required
Dental Assistant (Sign on bonus eligible)
High school diploma, dental assistant certification, and 2+ years of experience in clinical practice required
Dental Hygienist (sign on bonus eligible)
RDH or PHDHP license in PA, PHDHP certification (preferred), full-time 40hr/week
Patient Engagement Representative-Dental
High school degree required, with dental practice experience preferred
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Per Diem Express Care Provider
Must be licensed to practice in PA and have an active DEA license or be willing to apply
Physician - Family Practice
MD with PA license & DEA. Current & relevant board certification (family practice preferred). Drug policy adherence
Dental Hygienist (sign on bonus eligible)
Must have PA license/certification. Full-time position 40 hours/week
Patient Engagement Representative
Physician practice experience preferred. Flu vaccination required. Strong computer and communication skills needed
Nurse (LPN) (sign on bonus eligible)
Valid LPN license is required. Position is a 40-hour a week
Dental Hygienist (per diem)
RDH or PHDHP license and Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner certification preferred
