Job Description
The Patient Engagement Representative at River Valley Health will be responsible for providing excellent first line patient service and managing simultaneous communications in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling a large volume of calls, maintaining confidentiality, and working independently. They will also be part of a team and should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Physician practice experience is preferred.
- Flu vaccination or proper exemption required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage a large volume of calls.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Maintain confidentiality.
