Job Description
Riverbend is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be a vital part of our Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring that our clinical records are secure, compliant, and efficient.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in diversified office work preferred; Medical Records experience is highly desirable
- Basic word processing skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills (in-person and phone)
- Detail-oriented, ability to work independently, and comfortable managing sensitive information
