Applied AI Specialist

Apply AI Specialist position at Riverflex, a global consulting firm. Hands-on role with commercial and innovation focus, requiring AI business specialist skills and strong client presence. Work on clients' finance, ops, CX, and sales functions, implementing AI for productivity uplift and redesigned workflows. Opportunity to build muscle on in-house AI capability platform and contribute to reusable library.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting, transformation, change, product or operating-model work
• Demonstrated ability to walk into a function, model how work gets done today, and redesign it
• Hands-on with current AI tools - Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar - at the level where you've shipped things, not just used them
• Tech-savvy enough to prototype independently
• Working understanding of LLM primitives - context windows, memory, tools, agents, evaluation - and of where the bottleneck currently is in real deployments
• Strong client presence - confident running discovery sessions and demos with director-level stakeholders
• English fluent, Netherlands based
