Dietitian Hospital

The Registered Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy services including nutrition education, assessment, and intervention for patients. The RD will initiate and participate in quality improvement programs and supports institutional accreditation.

Requirements

• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatments and provide individualized plan of care
• Provide outpatient nutrition counseling services through scheduling, billing, and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide patient care
• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation and submit timely billing
• Deliver excellent service to patients and families
• Build trusting relationships with a multi-disciplinary team
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement processes
