Job Description
Riverside Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Riverside Mental Health & Recovery Center in Hampton, Virginia. The provider will focus on completing medical H&Ps within 24 hours of patients' admission and assisting with medical consults on the psychiatric unit.
Requirements
- Current FNP license, and board certification (FNP)
- Eligible for Virginia state medical licensure
- Valid DEA registration
- Independent clinical decision-making
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating common psychiatric and medical conditions
- Familiarity with managed care and Medicare populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic computer literacy
