Lab Manager

Lab Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, directing and evaluating services provided by the outreach, point of care, compliance and/or technical departments. Provides leadership and mentorship/support to the staff needs of the department, including management of day-to-day management and performance of staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Sciences or related field
• 5-6 years Clinical laboratory experience
• 2 years Supervisory experience
• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) - The ASCP Board of Certification (BOC) ASCP certification or equivalent in Cytology, Histology, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences
