Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon - Riverside Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Physiatry Specialists - Riverside Medical Group - Newport News, Virginia

Riverside Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join their dynamic orthopedic team. The successful candidate will provide general acute trauma services, serve as the primary resource for complex upper extremity traumatic injuries, and contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic development of Riverside’s orthopedic service line.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in orthopedic trauma, hand, and/or upper extremity surgery strongly preferred
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
