Pharmacist

Supervises and performs compounding, packaging, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals according to prescription or physician order, and reviews patient profiles to assure appropriate dosage and therapy.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree, Pharmacy (Required)
• Licensed Pharmacist - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) within 30 Days(Required)
• 1 year Prior pharmacy experience in area of practice related to the position (Preferred)
• 1 year PGY1 Residency (Preferred)
