Pharmacy Business & Finance Senior Director

The Senior Director of Pharmacy Business and Finance provides enterprise leadership and sets the long-range financial direction for pharmacy business operations, supply chain, revenue integrity, and the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role oversees systemwide pharmacy financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, 340B program governance, medication charge capture, inventory and supply chain performance, charge description master management, contracting support, payer alignment, and drug expense stewardship across various pharmacy settings.

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive work experience in pharmacy operations and/or finance in a healthcare setting
• 2 years Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of 340B program compliance and management
• 2 years progressive & focused experience in pharmacy drug procurement, supply chain management, contracting & revenue cycle
