Psych Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Night - Psych ED

Works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and the Director and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients. The RN may work in a variety of settings in the Emergency Services Complex and roles within Riverside Health System.

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to facilitate patient throughput
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
• Accurately complete clinical and quality documentation
• Delegate and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations
• Evaluate own needs for support
