Job Description
Works under the supervision of the Nurse manager and the Director to provide nursing care to assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis. Utilizes communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making to create a care plan for each patient.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Staff Nurse experience (Preferred)
- Home Care experience (Preferred)
