Job Description
Works under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on an intermittent visiting basis, typically in home care settings, while demonstrating competence in dealing with age-related needs of specific patient populations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle required for RHS business 25% or more of the time
