Director of Product, Foundational Skills

At Riverside Insights, we're hiring a Director of Product to lead our ESGI product business, driving growth and expansion in the K-2 assessment market. This high-visibility role requires a strong product leader with experience in education technology, commercial instincts, and a passion for helping every student thrive.

Requirements

• Own ESGI's multi-year growth strategy and roadmap
• Expand adoption and retention across classrooms, schools, and districts
• Define pricing, packaging, and positioning that maximize demand
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure predictable delivery and technical quality
• Support GTM excellence including launches, messaging, and adoption plays
• Embed educator insights into product decisions
• Pilot, measure, and scale what works
• Build partnerships and integrations that unlock growth
• Serve as a credible external voice with teachers and school leaders
