Computer Repair Technician

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to provide onsite hardware and networking support. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A+, Cisco, and HP certifications highly desired
• Ability to travel when required
• 1 year in field service support role supporting a variety of hardware and networking equipment preferred
• Sense of urgency
• Must be available for varying shifts depending on customers' needs
• Regular reliable attendance
• Exceptional organizational skills and a professional presence
• Ability to work efficiently within a team
• Must have ability to move equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Must be comfortable working at heights of 3-40 ft.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
