Requirements
- Independent calculations and offers for public tenders and direct orders in civil engineering
- Analysis of performance schedules, determination of precise quantities, and calculation of costs
- Observation of the market and evaluation of tenders regarding opportunities, risks, and strategic fit
- Closely coordinating with management, project management, and procurement
- Conducting a structured project handover to project management
- Independently participating in bidding and negotiation talks and representing the company vis-Ă -vis the contracting authorities
