Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Resident Relations & Compliance Coordinator for our Casa del Monte Mobile Home Park in West Palm Beach, Florida. The position involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring resident compliance with community rules, and executing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in mobile home property management
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, including diffusing situations
- Ability to be active, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
