Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help us enrich the lives of our residents and team members. We want to see what you can do! We are currently seeking two qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician for two of our communities Miami Heights Mobile Home Park and Medley Mobile Home Park.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
- 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
