We are seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician to join our team at Riverstone Communities. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work, and maintaining the curb appeal of our properties. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in general labor, including groundskeeping and landscaping
- 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with using technology and learning new skills
