We are looking for a Portfolio Management Manager to lead, train, and develop a team of Portfolio Managers and Team Assistants across the bank’s Real Estate and Commercial Loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio management, policy development, and credit, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- 3 years of leadership, management, and supervisory experience in a similar portfolio management role
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, loan structuring, budgeting, customer annual reviews, presentation skills, and portfolio profitability
- Experience with portfolio optimization, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ability to assist with CCAR reports and contribute to Problem Loan Committee discussions
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across Portfolio Management, Credit, and business line stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership across departments and manage expectations effectively
- High level of organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under complex demands
