Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program with 2 years of Critical Care experience
Pharmacy Tech Certfd
High school diploma, 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience, Indiana Pharmacy Technician license, and National Accredited Certification
Paramedic PRN
State certified EMT-P course completion, EMT-P Certification, and Basic Life Safety certification required
Paramedic PRN
EMT-P certification, Basic Life Safety, and ACLS/PALS certifications required
RN Specialty Care Medical Oncology
Associate degree in nursing, previous patient care experience, and registered nurse license in good standing
Paramedic Part-Time
State certified EMT-P, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification required. 1 year of experience as a paramedic preferred
Full Time Mid-Shift Paramedic
EMT-P Certification, ACLS, PALS, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (or ENPC), Basic Life Safety
Paramedic
State certified EMT-P course completion and certifications in Basic Life Safety, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Paramedic PRN
EMT-P Certification, Basic Life Safety, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support or ENPC within one year of employment
