Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the direct care of residents in a Behavioral Health setting. This role involves supervising nursing staff, medications, and ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation. The RN will assist with discharge planning, provide care, and educate patients and families.

Requirements

• Supervision of nursing care, medications, and delegated staff.
• Adherence to medication protocols and infection control procedures.
• Accurate documentation of care and treatment plans.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• TB test, urine analysis, and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
