Safety/Security Officer - Overnight

Rivyve Behavioral Health is seeking a Safety/Security Officer to monitor and patrol the residence, providing support to residents and staff. This role requires ensuring a secure environment, following established protocols, and maintaining client confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a safe community and fostering a therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to interact with patients, faculty and/or staff in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards of the facility.
• Ability to communicate and interact with mental health professionals in a team environment.
• Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
• CPR/ First Aid Certified.
• TB test/ Urine analysis, and Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Minimum of 21-years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient communication skills (writing and verbal)
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• CPR/ First Aid certification
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
