Job Description
The Controls Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and motor control systems. This role ensures automation reliability and supports continuous improvement projects in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Allen Bradley PLC programming
- HMI/SCADA troubleshooting
- RSLogix / Studio 5000 proficiency
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial controls
- Ability to program PLCs from scratch
- Strong understanding of control systems and machine automation
