Job Description
This full-time position is focused on ensuring product and process excellence by leading the Quality Assurance department. The ideal candidate is a proactive QA professional with a strong background in quality management, preferably in plastic manufacturing, and experience implementing quality systems and leading cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate the Quality Assurance department and its staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D) to ensure consistent, high-quality service and product delivery.
- Communicate quality-related findings, interpretations, and reports to management and external customers.
