- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling
- Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business
- Execute and refine RJ Young's proven five-step sales process
- Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions
- Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
