Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of experience in the construction field
- Hands-on experience with steel and piping materials
- Ability to make independent decisions with sound judgment
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key staff and cross-functional teams
- Ability to make authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly influence company operations
