Job Description
The Shop Foreman is a highly skilled member of our fabrication team, responsible for supervising, producing precise, high-quality welds and assemblies that meet the strictest industry and customer standards. The role requires technical expertise, craftsmanship, and attention to detail at every stage of production.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate activities of craft workers
- Abide by company policies and enforce safety regulations
- Maintain a quality workforce by promoting a respectful and positive working environment
- Direct fabrication of assemblies in shop
- Assist in adjusting work sequences to meet construction schedule
- Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements
- Work within the perimeters of the projected budget
- Ensure quality craftsmanship on all system installations and code compliance
