Job Description
Ensure compliance with financial covenants, manage employee training, and provide guidance on customer complaints and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum three years experience in a financial institution
- 2 years specific exposure in data analysis, compliance or quality assurance
- Past experiences in regulatory environment
- Experience in Business and Improvement Processes
- Detailed understanding of banking business & the risks associated with it
- Tertiary Qualifications in Law/Accounting and/or Business Management and/or Information Systems/Technology
- Professional certification of regulatory compliance
