Job Description
Representing the company for business relationships with partners to generate sales performance and productivity. Leading the lending sales team and onboarding customers for financing vehicles, equipment, and other assets.
Requirements
- Representing the company for business relationships with partners
- Leading and onboarding customers for financing
- Coaching the sale team to assess financing criteria and pricing
- Reviewing customers' credit applications and cash flow
- Working closely with dealer partners to achieve sales targets
- Working with other departments for legal document and asset delivery
- Playing a leader role for loan late collection and recovery
- Having a well-understanding of assets financing business and nature
- Training and mentoring the lending team for better performance
