Job Description
Performs general plumbing, electrical, and civil works, as well as routine maintenance and cleaning tasks. Identifies and reports major repair needs. Works with other technicians and subcontractors to complete tasks.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Certificate in trade school or equivalent work experience
- Possess appropriate tools to complete each task
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to prioritize and support multi-functional tasks
- 2-3 years work experience
