RMI seeks a Senior Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations to lead enterprise revenue strategy, forecasting, and performance across philanthropic giving, public sector funding, and mission-aligned earned revenue.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in global philanthropic and consulting revenue strategies
- Organizational skills required for successful solicitation and stewardship of earned revenue and individual, foundation, corporate philanthropy, government and public sector funding
- Experience building and overseeing strategic growth campaigns, including complex program and pipeline performance management, both in and outside of the United States
- Outstanding analytical skills in revenue fundraising performance assessment
- Outstanding team leadership, management, and project management skills
- Experience leading operational change in fast-growing organization
- Experience in both for-profit and nonprofit environments desired
- Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Monday.com or other collaboration products
