Senior Manager, Individual Major Gifts (California)

RMI seeks a Senior Manager to join its team focused on individual and family philanthropy, responsible for securing leadership gifts from high-net-worth individuals and family offices in support of building a sustainable future powered by affordable, resilient, clean energy.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Execute tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies to generate at least $5M in philanthropic revenue annually
• Represent RMI in meetings and events to identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with funders
