Senior Lecturer, Entrepreneurship & Innovation

RMIT University is seeking a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship & Innovation to play a key role in strengthening its current curriculum and driving the development of new courses in high-growth and high-impact areas. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to impactful research, industry collaboration, and professional services, and will be responsible for coordinating large courses, preparing and delivering programs, and supporting student issues related to effective learning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large courses and prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Emerging nationally recognised research track record, including a substantial record of research outputs in high-quality outlets
• Extensive experience in research leadership with the ability to build and develop collaborative research teams
• Ability to manage a large program or a number of small programs
• Extensive experience in supervising higher degree by research candidates
• Demonstrated ability to manage academic program team, supporting scholarly development of less experienced academic staff
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills
