Job Description
RNR Tire Express is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) to support the growth of its store network. The role focuses on cross-training in sales, accounts, and shop departments, gaining proficiency in company procedures, and handling administrative tasks. Requirements
- Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments.
- Learn and become proficient in store procedures.
- Learn and become proficient in file completion and claim filing.
- Learn and become proficient in order placement and lead generation.
- Learn and understand the monthly P&Ls.
- Responsible for learning how to drive sales with outbound lead calls.
