RNWBL is seeking a Solar Technician II to join their team. This is a fixed site field role focused on DC system health, module replacements, tracker repairs, and other maintenance activities on utility-scale solar facilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in utility-scale solar PV, related electrical/mechanical field, related degree, or industry certificate course.
- Knowledge of DC systems, PV modules, and tracker mechanisms.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and OEM manuals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.
- NABCEP Associate or NCCER certification.
- Familiarity with inverter troubleshooting and SCADA/monitoring systems.
