Job Description
The Wind Technician I supports project scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and operations on a U.S. wind site. Conducts self in professional, ethical, and respectful manner to peers, managers, and clients.
Requirements
- 1+ years of mechanical, technical, preventative maintenance, or military experience.
- Wind industry exposure or tech school certification preferred.
- Vestas platform experience, LOTO and certifications preferred (V100, V110).
- Comfortable climbing to and working at heights, confined spaces, and in adverse outdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects.
