Job Description
The Job Developer will build internship opportunities for high students in the Learn & Eean program by matching areas of interest with local businesses and community-based organizations. They will also conduct outreach, follow up on participants' progress, and maintain records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth development, education, social services, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data management and reporting systems
- Experience in crisis intervention and support
