Mobile RV Technician (m/w/d)

Roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company, is seeking a Mobile RV Technician to travel across Spain performing on-site repairs and maintenance. The role offers a collegial atmosphere, flexible work arrangements including remote work and the possibility of working abroad, and opportunities for personal and professional development. Technicians will diagnose and repair faults in various vehicle systems, organize work documentation, and plan deployments.

Requirements

• Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, commercial vehicle technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, ideally in the motorhome or commercial vehicle industry.
• Extensive knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair of camping installations and conversions (electrical, freshwater, and wastewater systems).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, including the ability to work abroad for several weeks depending on the project.
• Good written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Independent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Class B driving license is mandatory
