As Head of Performance Marketing, you'll own Roam's direct-to-consumer performance marketing engine end-to-end and drive company growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proven track record scaling spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset; fluent in metrics, funnels, and experimentation design
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
• High ownership, high judgment, low ego
