Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager to develop the BeLux market, focusing on Belgian insurance brokers, and deepen relationships with existing wholesale and institutional clients.
Requirements
- Develop the BeLux market and execute the sales plan
- Build relationships with Belgian insurance brokers and convert opportunities into mandates or flows
- Use data to identify opportunities and risks and translate insights into targeted actions
- Own accounts and maintain a 360° view of interactions in CRM
- Represent Robeco in the market and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
