We are hiring a Communications Research and Data Manager to support custom, quantitative research for marketing and communications initiatives. The role involves managing annual research calendar and roadmap, contributing to workplace survey program, and collaborating with marketing and revenue enablement teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in research methodologies, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance metrics
- Ability to work on thought leadership topics such as economic outlook, industry trends, future of work, etc.
- Experience tracking brand activity on media monitoring and/or social listening platforms
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way
- Ability to work remotely
