Job Description
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Robertson Residential Group. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the complete financial and contractual control of building projects, ensuring profitability and the company's interests are protected. You will work collaboratively with the operational management to advise on Contract and Commercial issues, maintain accurate financial control systems, and prepare forecasts of cost and value of all trades.
Requirements
- Quantity Surveying experience within a relevant sector in the construction industry
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Analytical approach and ability to set realistic objectives and solve key problems
